Job Summary

  • Support execution of Human Capital Strategy via application of HR initiatives, tools and processes within client group(s).
  • Partner with client groups’ people leaders to deliver human capital solutions aligned with department/function performance goals and business strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the local Labor Bureau/Ministry, ensuring timely communication and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline

  • Prior pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare industry experience preferred
