Job Summary
Support execution of Human Capital Strategy via application of HR initiatives, tools and processes within client group(s).
Partner with client groups’ people leaders to deliver human capital solutions aligned with department/function performance goals and business strategy.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the local Labor Bureau/Ministry, ensuring timely communication and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline
Minimum 5 years HR generalist MNC experience
At least 10 years total HR work experience
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
Prior pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare industry experience preferred
