The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm, warm, and positive environment for all residents.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Key Requirements
