Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in wellness within luxury hotels
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Extensive operational and strategic knowledge of wellness
Advanced business-level English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
