Job Summary

You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to Charge Nurses, and monitor absenteeism to ensure sufficient licensed personnel are available for quality care.
This role involves participating in committee meetings, reviewing discharge plans, and assisting in the development of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
