Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately, while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the position regarding residents and employees.
