Job Summary

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to answer Helpdesk questions, staff the Helpdesk Email box, and monitor helpdesk tickets to meet or exceed response, TAT, and other SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Ensure Procurement SLAs around the Procurement P2P and ticketing process are complied with, enter, monitor, and maintain accurate P2P data, and provide feedback on the development of P2P centric metrics, analytics, and dashboards.
