Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the team responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) of our external parties, including authentication and authorization services.

Salary

Base: 128,300 - 156,800; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus target (15% of base) with potential payout up to double target; Benefits: Multiple benefits offered to support physical and mental wellbeing, including telemedicine, Wellness account, Share plan & other savings (up to 12% of salary match), pension offerings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in IT
  • 3+ years managing technical teams in security or IAM
  • 3+ years hands-on IAM experience
  • Experience with modern authentication (OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn/passkeys)
  • Experience with major IAM solutions is an asset
  • Relevant certifications are an asset
  • French is an asset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
