Job Summary
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex HRIS projects end-to-end, overseeing project governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
You will partner with People Team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify technical solutions that deliver step-change improvements to internal processes and employee experience.
Lead change management activities for new HRIS rollouts, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and supported through communication and training efforts.
