McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000; Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

  • Master’s Degree plus at least 7 years of experience in data analytics
  • PhD plus at least 4 years of experience in data analytics
  • At least 5 years of Professional Data Analysis experience
  • At least 5 years of People Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Big Data technology experience
  • At least 2 years of Data Visualization experience
