Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in IT or healthcare
  • At least one Epic certification
  • Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Technical knowledge of coordinating, configuring and building healthcare IT
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for health system EHR’s
  • Experience in change management
