Job Summary

  • Ensure the correct execution, analysis, and follow-up of logistics services related to transportation, deliveries, returns, documentation, and customer service, guaranteeing operational efficiency, KPI compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipments from request to final delivery, manage transport incidents, and ensure order execution according to SLAs and internal policies.
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in times, costs, and service, and maintain direct communication with carriers, logistics operators, and internal departments.
