Job Summary

  • The individual will be the direct liaison to the Advanced Systems & Technology (AS&T) Operating Unit Director within the Emerging Capability Development Business Unit.
  • Reporting to the Engineering Execution Lead, the incumbent is accountable for technical performance, staffing, root-cause analysis, engineering metrics, process rigor, proposal support, C101 sign-off, and the development of CEACs for all programs within the OU.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience or equivalent
  • 5 years progressive engineering experience
  • 5 years directing multi-function engineering teams
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex technical programs
  • Experience as a Technical lead
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
