Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business processes, monitoring relevant metrics, becoming a subject matter expert in Procurement systems, and managing supplier performance.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of supply chain, procurement experience or related experience
2 years or more of experience leading or providing direction to others
Professional supply chain certification (e.g. CPM, CPSM, Six Sigma) desired
Experience creating and maintaining contracts and contract data
Proficiency with eProcurement systems, MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills, Sharepoint tools, Reporting, SQL, Data Analysis
Experience in ERP or new application implementation, providing training and support in the new system
Effective teaming and relationship building with other Republic Services teams
