Job Summary

  • The Compensation Analyst will support development, implementation and administration of the company’s Base pay and Variable Compensation programs and systems.
  • Consults with business stakeholders to understand their varying needs and complexities and works with the HR team to ensure appropriate legal and Motion policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Math or related area
  • Two (2) years of related experience
  • CCP, PHR/SPHR or other applicable industry recognized license preferred
  • Experience with Workday and/or Varicent or similar sales incentives software preferred
