Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.

Key Requirements
Bachelors or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
Current Texas Physical Therapy license
Current Basic Life Support certification
Doctoral degree with residency/fellowship for direct access
occasional/frequent pushing and lifting 75 – 100 pounds
prolonged standing, frequent walking, stooping and squatting
