Base: $171,900 - $326,800 annually (US); California Base: $225,700 - $326,800; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)

  • Experience supporting VP/SVP-level Engineering leaders
  • Strong technical fluency to challenge engineering tradeoffs
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority
  • Experience with complex, fast-moving engineering environments

  • Background in consulting or business operations
  • Exposure to distributed systems and AI/ML workflows
