Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Disruption Management, is responsible for strengthening nbn’s Disruption Management capability by overseeing the Crisis Management and Emergency Management systems that support organisational readiness for major disruptions.
  • It leads the development and delivery of training, testing, exercising and debriefing programs, and coordinates external strategic level exercises with key stakeholders when required.
  • The position also serves as the primary crisis coordinator during significant events, guiding senior leaders through response activities.
