Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Disruption Management, is responsible for strengthening nbn’s Disruption Management capability by overseeing the Crisis Management and Emergency Management systems that support organisational readiness for major disruptions.
It leads the development and delivery of training, testing, exercising and debriefing programs, and coordinates external strategic level exercises with key stakeholders when required.
The position also serves as the primary crisis coordinator during significant events, guiding senior leaders through response activities.
