  • Operates all campus heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment including boilers, steam absorption and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps and systems in a manner that optimizes efficiency, safety, and occupant comfort per department policies and procedures with moderate level of guidance/assistance.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC and other equipment as assigned per established procedures including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, testing, flushing, minor repairs, rebuilding and replacing parts/components to ensure that systems remain within the established operating parameters.
