Job Summary

  • As an Agile Coach, you will assist in creating, developing, and executing MillerKnoll’s digital strategy across multiple product teams.
  • This role will work in the shift timing of 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST in a Hybrid mode.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree or equivalent experience (12+ years)
  • Minimum 5 years Agile Coach / Scrum Master experience
  • Demonstrated continuous delivery models/frameworks experience
  • Scrum Master certification mandatory
  • SAFe Agile certification preferred
  • ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) preferred
  • ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) preferred
  • Demonstrated technical improvements experience
