Job Summary
Lead the sub-regional planning of services and solutions to meet and pre-empt needs of Seniors through partnership with various Divisions, local partners and Ministry of Health.
Develop and review plans to translate objectives for Seniors in a sub-regional into operational concepts and requirements, and hold the view on implementation progress, constraints and changes needed to plans.
Plan and project capacity of services in each sub-region to meet current and future needs, including the planning of location of service touchpoints and monitoring the budget for setting up and implementing services.
