Base: $40,000 to $60,000; Bonus/Equity: Commissions on “Department Net” and/or bonus opportunities such as “Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours”; Benefits: Health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO)
