Actively engages in coaching and development of sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional growth including in field with customer engagement.

Base: $162,700 - $276,648; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for various incentives—short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles; Benefits: qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage
