10+ years Auto/Asset Finance experience
User story articulation and backlog management
Agile delivery approaches including SCRUM
Jira hands-on experience
Client requirements gathering workshops
System integration testing and UAT support
Nice-to-have
Low-code no-code rule engine knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
Positive team-oriented attitude
Experience with SAFe methodology
Key Requirements
At least 10 plus years of experience in product management or development
Strong track record in Auto, Leasing & Lending domain
