Job Summary

  • The District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty, engages dealers through regular contacts and business reviews, building relationships with dealer partners to promote, support, and coach them on GM software and subscriptions.
  • Your goal is to highlight the benefits and profitability of GM software and subscriptions, developing in-dealership training to onboard customers and drive adoption and sales of products like GM Rewards, My GM Rewards Credit Card, OnStar safety services, and over-the-air upgrades.
  • This position is a field role that requires an employee to cover in-person visits daily to dealerships in their District, acting as a trusted advisor to broaden awareness and drive customer acquisition and revenue generation for GM’s software and subscription business.
