Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Operations Management
Minimum 5 years experience leading Lean and CI initiatives
Valid driver's license and current passport required
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP certification preferred
Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours daily in manufacturing facility
