Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading Lean and CI initiatives
  • Valid driver's license and current passport required
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP certification preferred
  • Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours daily in manufacturing facility
