• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
• 4 years of property and casualty (P&C) insurance placement experience
• Forecasting insurance market conditions
• Global risk management
• Negotiating competitive premiums and coverage terms

• Analyzing data for optimized insurance solutions
• 10% domestic and international travel required
