• The Business Operations Liaison is the key conduit and advocate between the firm’s Business Units (BU) and Internal Firm Services (IFS), owning connecting BU and IFS across all processes, data, workflows, tools, and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain a service-area vision and multi-quarter roadmap tied to organizational strategy, partnering with PM, IT, data governance teams, and leadership to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
