Job Summary
The Market Manager must achieve the profitability objectives of the stores in their region and guarantee the best development levels for their subordinates.
This position will manage several DMs and occasionally assume other related functions, supporting the Vice President of Operations in building and maintaining an operationally solid market.
You will support DMs in identifying areas of opportunity within their geography and in creating plans to improve the business, while also assisting with labor relations and ensuring compliance with company and government requirements.

District Manager experience (Desirable)
