The mandate is to take Bluefish from its current ARR to $100M within 12 to 18 months, requiring the commercial architect who can build the machine that scales it.
The CRO will join the leadership team alongside the CEO and COO, serving as a genuine partner who brings commercial depth and operating rigor to match their product vision.
