Job Summary

  • The Project Manager is responsible for the development, planning, and overall operational execution of meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel programs, and special events for customers.
  • As a Project Manager, you will Source and contract venues for local & global clients, Work with client to develop, coordinate and implement travel program agendas and itineraries, and Negotiate and purchase ground transportation, entertainment, and decor elements via preferred vendors.
