Job Summary

  • The Lead Cook is responsible for providing direction to the cooks on the production of all assigned menu items, ensuring that they are being completed in an efficient and consistent manner while following Legends’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Must be available for Stadium events and able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
