  • The role is responsible and accountable for its profitability, revenue generation and creating WOW experiences, while also ensuring LQA Standards, health, safety and security procedures are in place.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with budget planning, analyzing performance reports, managing staff schedules and training, and maintaining operational standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
