The Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager shall assist in planning, organizing and giving direction of the overall F&B operation, contributing to marketing and delivering each promotion of the outlet.
The role is responsible and accountable for its profitability, revenue generation and creating WOW experiences, while also ensuring LQA Standards, health, safety and security procedures are in place.
Key responsibilities include assisting with budget planning, analyzing performance reports, managing staff schedules and training, and maintaining operational standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
