Must-have
4 years experience in building maintenance
Plumbing and mechanical systems knowledge
Basic electrical work proficiency
Carpentry and patch/paint skills
Lift 50 pounds and use ladders up to 28 feet
Proficiency with CMMS platforms

Experience in pharmaceutical environment
