Job Summary
This role serves as the single program owner accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex cross functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through high volume manufacturing.
The successful candidate will lead cross functional startup teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, tooling, and external partners to align stakeholders toward shared program goals.
Candidates must possess strong engineering fundamentals with solid knowledge of development, transfer, and manufacturing readiness methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
