Job Summary
The TA Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to the TA under responsibility, co-creating, managing and delivering on all marketing strategies and promotional activities.
This role is responsible for ensuring the Total TA is performing inline with the cluster objectives, involving leadership, strategic thinking, medical knowledge and customer relationship management.
The position requires guiding and coaching Product Specialists to improve efficiency and achieve optimum performance of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance with Pfizer Values and Global Guidelines.
