Administrative Functions include assisting the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities and participating in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures.
Nursing Care Functions involve informing nursing service personnel of new admissions, ensuring rooms are ready, greeting newly admitted residents, and making rounds with physicians as necessary.
