The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
