Job Summary
You will assist the Retail Manager with operational support for store openings, product assortment definition, performance optimization, and retail team animation.
You will be at the heart of performance steering, creating and updating analyses to track and improve Eyewear category performance, including monthly KPI reporting.
You will contribute to the animation of the Retail community by organizing webinars and seminars, and collaborating with the Eyewear ambassador to ensure team dynamics.
