Job Summary

  • This position furthers TSET’s mission by providing exceptional customer service to current and potential grantees by guiding them through the grant phases and proactively offering support.
  • The Partner Support Specialist II serves as the primary point of contact for TSET grantees regarding non-program needs, addressing basic grant-related inquiries, facilitating connections to essential grant resources, data entry and monitoring compliance with grant deadlines and deliverables.
