This role is responsible for supporting the deployment and maturation of SMS 2.0 operating standards, ensuring milestone adherence, and providing coaching to Level 1 CI specialists.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field w/ 3+ years of experience
9+ years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing operations or related field (no degree)
Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or operational excellence roles
SMS Intermediate certification or equivalent lean/six sigma certification
