Job Summary
As a Crew Leader, you will lead and direct manufacturing plant operations, exercising creativity, perception, and initiative with latitude for independent judgment and action.
Responsible for meeting production schedules and quality metrics, as well as meeting departmental/plant budget, while developing and driving a safety culture within the plant.
Coaches, trains, develops and evaluates salaried teams to achieve Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environmental metrics, and serves as GMS principal lead for the shift.
