Job Summary
Lead and deliver automation and digitalization projects end-to-end, including requirements clarification, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
Manage and coach a technical team of at least 5–6 engineers, including task planning, progress tracking, performance guidance, and capability development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, operations, IT) to support modern manufacturing transformation initiatives in production environments.
