Job Summary

  • In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing agile and timely treatment to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in operational manuals and the Integral Management System.
  • Attend, orient, and direct passengers at each point of contact to ensure flight operations are handled safely and to achieve quality in service.
  • Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations by performing assigned functions to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
