Job Summary

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from quote confirmation to billing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and providing a premium customer experience.
  • Plan and manage frictionless deliveries through the logistic portal, including delivery date management, job assignment, and activity closure.
  • Optimize free stock management, process Purchase Orders to HQ, and maintain an accurate order portfolio (backlog) by collaborating with sales.
