Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for supporting areas in the implementation of the Alcoa Business System (ABS), using the Daily Management System (DMS) to ensure execution discipline, performance management, and effective response to deviations.
  • You will conduct periodic review and execution of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of operational processes to identify waste and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives with impact on safety, quality, and costs.
