The position also encompasses development and maintenance of control and protection system application software for LCC and VSC HVDC schemes following full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic, and growing team of engineers working on the design of HVDC Control Systems.

Key Requirements
Engineering degree in Computer Science or power systems and power electronics subjects or proven equivalent knowledge and experience in HVDC business
Proven knowledge in power system modelling, control principles and algorithms used in the VSC and LCC HVDC technologies
Knowledge of HVDC system design, control and protection
Working knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink for control development
Competent on functional characteristics of power systems and interactions between AC and HVDC systems
Familiar with Agile Software development practices and basics of Git for version control
