Job Summary

  • Provide technical and operational support to the CMC Connect team and institutional clients across the full client lifecycle, including pre-sales testing, onboarding, and ongoing trading activity.
  • Establish and maintain connectivity with institutional clients and relevant third-party technology providers, playing a key role in the end-to-end client journey.
  • Contribute to institutional IT and product strategy, gather institutional requirements, and test/deliver solutions through the full development lifecycle.
