Job Summary

• Define and maintain the software product lifecycle and commercial strategy for Mobile Apps within Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC), ensuring integration of the Software Business Model.
• Partner with R&D and UX, Med Office or other cross functional teams to ensure intuitive, clinically appropriate designs and translate customer pain points into actionable solutions.
• Establish and track clear product success metrics (e.g., Monetization, ARR/MRR, NRR, customer retention, user adoption, NPS, time‑to‑value) and drive initiatives to improve them.

Salary

Base: $135,000 to $216,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement
