Job Summary

  • The Manager, Total Rewards & Wellbeing, APAC will play an important role in shaping Danaher Diagnostics Platform's Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives across the APAC region.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the global Diagnostic Platform strategy, developing and implementing APAC Platform strategy and OpCo Total Reward strategies in your remit.
  • Implement wellbeing initiatives tailored to the cultural, social and health needs of APAC associates, using assessments, feedback and AI-supported insights to identify priorities.
