Job Summary
The Manager, Total Rewards & Wellbeing, APAC will play an important role in shaping Danaher Diagnostics Platform's Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives across the APAC region.
You will be responsible for contributing to the global Diagnostic Platform strategy, developing and implementing APAC Platform strategy and OpCo Total Reward strategies in your remit.
Implement wellbeing initiatives tailored to the cultural, social and health needs of APAC associates, using assessments, feedback and AI-supported insights to identify priorities.
