  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants.
  • This role requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • Employees will participate in facility surveys, develop quality assurance programs, and assist in planning resident discharge services.

Key Requirements

  • Current active LPN/LVN license
  • Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
